Refund policy

UK Buyers

In accordance with UK law and distance selling regulations, the Buyer has 14 days to return any item purchased from the website. All  returned items will be subject to a quality control and authentication test to ensure that it is the same item that was sold and that it has been returned in the same condition as sold, including all Items it was sold with

Returns can only be accepted if all 'Do Not Remove' labels are intact and have not been removed.

The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds normally take between 5 to 7 working days to process, from the time of the returned items arrival back in store. 

The refund will made to the Buyer [back to the card/bank account/using the same method as the Buyer used to pay].

Purchases Made Outside of the UK

There will be no returns accepted, or refunds available, for any purchases made from outside of the UK.
